How the Visitor Flow Works

VIPadm is designed to make the visitor journey intuitive while maintaining high security standards.

1. Invitation in Advance

Most visitors receive a digital invitation by email, which can be added to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.All visitor information is securely stored in VIPadm before arrival.

2. Arrival at the Company

When the visitor arrives, they pick up a physical RFID access card at reception.

3. Card Registration

The visitor then completes registration in one of two ways:

• Scans their Wallet invitation at the VIPscan terminal (iPhone)

  or

• Registers manually on the VIPvisitor terminal (iPad)

After registration, the visitor is prompted to scan the RFID card, linking it to their profile.

4. Automatic Transfer to Access Control System

Once registration is completed, VIPadm automatically transfers the required access information to the external RFID access control system.The RFID card is activated instantly—no manual configuration required.

5. Access Management by the Host

The host or employee receiving the visitor:

• Grants access to specific doors and zones

• Controls exactly where and when the visitor can enter

6. Check-Out Upon Departure

When the visit ends:

• The visitor checks out in VIPadm

• The RFID card is returned to reception
