What the guest experience looks like

Guests do not need to search through emails at the door. They receive an invitation, confirm it, add it to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, and then present a QR code on arrival. VIPadm mobile Invitation (EN)

How it works for employees (VIPadm Mobile)

1) Book the meeting

• Open VIPadm Mobile and select Book Meeting. VIPadm mobile Invitation (EN)

• Enter the meeting subject, location, date, and time, then select Add participants. VIPadm mobile Invitation (EN)
  

2) Add participants and send

• Add one or more guests using email addresses. Multiple emails can be separated by commas. VIPadm mobile Invitation (EN)

• Existing guests are automatically recognized. VIPadm mobile Invitation (EN)

How it works for guests (self-registration + Wallet)

1) Receive invitation and register (first visit only)

2) Confirm the invitation

3) Add to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet

4) Arrival and access

Status and overview for employees

On mobile, employees have a full overview of meetings and invited guests. If the Wallet icon is displayed, it means the guest has added the invitation to their Wallet.
