VIPadm Mobile is the mobile app within the VIPadm platform, designed for employees and hosts to manage visitors, meetings, and access directly from their phone.

Access – a new module in VIPadm Mobile
Access is a new module in VIPadm Mobile that gives hosts a fast and clear overview of invited guests and their arrival status.
The module shows who is:

invited
-
registered as arrived
-
not yet checked in
If a guest has arrived but is not registered, the host can simply ask the guest to open the invitation. The QR code is scanned, and the guest list is updated instantly with the correct arrival status.
Access increases security and control by ensuring that everyone physically present in the building is properly registered – in real time.

Seamless Outlook & Microsoft Teams Integration
The Office 365 icon indicates that meetings can be booked and guests invited directly from Outlook / Microsoft Teams.
Guests first receive a self-registration email, followed by the official meeting invitation. The entire process – from guest registration, invitation delivery, and adding the pass to Wallet, to arrival – is fully visible in VIPadm Mobile.
Any registration or update made in VIPadm Mobile is automatically synchronized and instantly reflected in
Outlook / Teams.
