Our Clients

We help hospitals, public agencies, multi-tenant offices, manufacturers, and membership organizations streamline visitor flows—covering pre-registration, time-limited door entry, badge printing, elevator/door control, live on-site overviews, evacuation readiness, and QR-based delivery gates.

GRIEG

VIPadm supports both employees and tenants: meetings booked via Office 365/VIPweb/VIPadm mobile and VIPdisplay room panels. Guests pre-register, receive SMS + ID-card, scan on arrival to print a label and notify the host. Used across all company locations and shared/private rooms.

VIPadm shows who is on-site at all times via a reception iPad, with evacuation handled on mobile or iPad. VIPscan iPhone terminals secure turnstiles and a large gate; drivers scan a QR at the gate for approved deliveries. Employees use mobile ID; guests receive temporary SMS IDs.

External service personnel are invited by SMS and sign confidentiality and safety instructions on first visit or annually. Big-screen and mobile views show invite status, arrivals, and issued IDs/keys; case handlers work from the VIPadm app. Later expanded to cover building-technical maintenance.

VIPadm connects to the existing access-control system: guest photos and details transfer to the external system, visitor labels print, and the host is notified. Guests receive an ID-card as part of registration; garage-parking access for employees is managed via the personal VIPadm mobile app.
