VIPadm SMS Invitation
VIPadm sends a personal invitation to guests, and together with Wallet (Apple Wallet / Google
Wallet), it functions as an ID card for the period the invitation is valid.
The invitation provides details about the meeting and the person who is hosting it.
Using the VIPscan app, the QR code is scanned for check-in and check-out and enables access through
locked doors. Google Maps provides directions to the selected meeting location.
SMS Invitation Is an invitation and ID card sent to all visitors
When a guest is registered and approved, a personal SMS invitation is sent to the guest.
Before the QR code is displayed, the following controls can be entered:
Take a picture of the guest, request a signature for the Confidentiality
Statement and Security Document plus the guest must confirm/approve the invitation. In the employee's mobile app, the status of all invitees is displayed.
The SMS Invitation work as an ID card with stated validity.
The inviter/host is shown with a picture, name, company and mobile.
Google Map shows the way to the selected location.
The QR code is scanned for entry/exit - can open locked doors.
