Guests who previously registered upon arrival at the reception now receive a personal SMS invitation from VIPadm, containing meeting details and access information.

✉️ Invite guests from: • Office 365 Outlook/Teams – let the invitation be sent automatically • VIPadm Mobile – only the guest’s mobile number or email is needed • Web • Excel

First-time visitors receive an SMS or email with a link for self-registration.After registration, they automatically receive an SMS invitation with a digital ID card.

The QR code from the SMS invitation is scanned at the VIPscan or Visitor terminal.The VIPscan terminal can be connected to secured doors.
