Step 1: Register on VIPadm
To begin, visit www.VIPadm.com and sign up as a new client. During registration, you will need to provide:
Firm Details: Client name, VAT number, address, ZIP code, city, and country.
Administrator Details: First name, surname, mobile number, and email address.
After completing your registration, VIPadm will review and approve your request. Once accepted, the VIPadm Client Startup Document will be sent to your registered email, including:✔️ VIPadm Client ID✔️ Username✔️ Registered mobile number & email
Step 2: Set Up VIPadm for Your Organization
Once you receive your Client ID, it’s time to set up your VIPadm system:
1. Connect to VIPadm Web (VIPweb)
Most administrative tasks are managed through VIPweb, the web-based control center for VIPadm. Here, you can:✅ Distinguish between management and regular users✅ Upload employee contacts✅ Update employee details, photos, and company logos.
2. Inform Employees to Start Using VIPadm
Once all employee details are uploaded, it’s time to notify your team to start using VIPadm.
