The VIPadm visitor management system is now approved as an authorized intermediary to the official HSE registry service through agreements with Arbeidstilsynet and Tietoevry.
This means that HSE cards for visitors can now be verified automatically and in real time directly within VIPadm.

HSE card verification without manual work
Verifying HSE cards for visitors is often a manual and time-consuming task.
HSE verification is not only about checking whether a card is valid. It also involves:
• identity verification
• matching the person with the card
• documentation and traceability
With VIPadm, HSE cards are validated automatically in real time.
If a card becomes expired or revoked, it will be detected immediately when the visitor registers.
Simple registration for visitors
Visitors can register in two ways:
1. Before the visit (invitation)
The visitor receives an invitation on their mobile phone or by email.
Using their mobile device, the visitor can:
• register their visit
• scan their HSE card
• send the information directly to VIPadm
2. Upon arrival
The HSE card can also be scanned during check-in at a terminal or reception desk.
Real-time HSE status
The HSE status is automatically displayed in:
• VIPadm web
• VIPadm mobile
• the host’s visitor overview
The host immediately sees whether the visitor’s card is:
• valid
• expired
• revoked
The system also provides historical traceability and documentation.

Apple Wallet and Google Wallet
HSE status can also be displayed in digital visitor passes in Wallet.
Visitors receive their invitation directly on their mobile phone through:
· Apple Wallet
· Google Wallet
The invitation works similarly to a digital boarding pass.
Before the visitor arrives:
• the invitation automatically appears on the mobile phone
• the HSE status is already updated
• the visitor simply shows the pass upon arrival
This makes reception faster, safer, and fully automated.
What is an HSE card?
An HSE card is a mandatory identification card for people working in:
• construction sites
• the cleaning industry
The card documents:
• the identity of the worker
• the employer
• that the worker is legally registered in official registers
The scheme was introduced by Arbeidstilsynet to combat:
• illegal work
• social dumping
• undeclared labor
HSE is required for all companies in Norway
All companies operating in Norway must maintain documented HSE procedures, including:
• risk assessments
• deviation management
• documented training
• systematic HSE management
VIPadm makes HSE verification a natural part of visitor management.
The result is:
• less manual work
• improved safety
• documented regulatory compliance
