Remembering to cancel the meeting room you ordered last week if you do not need it anyway, can easily be forgotten on hectic days.
With VIPdisplay, the meeting room will be available after 15 minutes if attendance has not been confirmed. This way, anyone who needs the meeting room can make use of it. This function is optional.

From the work calendar
VIPadm is integrated with both Outlook and Google Calendar. This allows you to reserve meeting rooms from your job calendar when inviting a meeting.
From your mobile
Whether the most important thing for you is to hold the meeting in a specific meeting room or at one specific time, you can easily prioritize your search for rooms from the mobile app, reserve the room and invite meeting participants.
From a meeting panel
If you pass a meeting room you would like to use for a meeting, you can do this directly from our meeting room panels.
AN EASIER WAY TO BE PREPARED FOR A MEETING
Create a meeting, set meeting location and invite colleagues and guests to the meeting. Get an overview of the meetings you are going to hold and are invited to. Everything from the phone.
If you are expecting someone visiting one day without a formal meeting, you have both company contacts, mobile contacts and past visitors stored in the app, making it easy to invite them with just a few taps. The invitees will thus be preregistered as visitors and will immediately receive an invitation with a description and a personal QR code.
This is beneficial for the building’s safety and it also saves the visitor for time during the visitor registration. The only thing the preregistered needs to do upon arrival is to scan their QR code and take a photo. Then the visiting label is printed and the host is notified.
