Have you ever tried to remember where you saved a particular photo or detail about a specific project of yours? With our module for documenting processes you have everything saved in the app and in the cloud.
Get an overview of your projects with description, date, photos and list of all the involved ones for each status update in any project. If there is anything you don't remember or a detail you did not look for earlier in the process, you can always go back in your project history to find what you are looking for.
WHEN IS THIS SYSTEM RELEVANT?
Our system for handling documentation of processes is relevant for project mangement of central business operations, research, development of new products, renovation of buildings and service of data equipment, to mention some.
SCAN THE CODE, PHOTOGRAPH, AND DESCRIBE THE PROCESS
With the help of our module for documenting processes, it is easy to create status updates for each essential step in any of your ongoing processes. Every process has its own QR-code, which enables the app to identify which process you wan't to create a new status for.
If a process doesn't have a QR-code yet, you can quickly create a new process by adding a few details and thereby getting a unique QR-code linked to the process.
All your processes can be organised in groups as you see fit, and are available under "Groups" at the bottom of the app, called VIPadm Smart Building.
