VIPadm Mobile Employees
Employees and visitors scan their ID cards, thus providing an overview of those in the building or who have been registered out.
VIPadm mobile – An App for All Employees
Book meeting/Event. Enter Subject text, Date/Time and select room and invite guests.
Self registration guests: All you need is visitors mobile or e-mail to request visitor for self registration.
If guests have visited before - SMS Invitation is sent immediately.
Host will receive update information of visitor details on their mobile App.
By using Invite guests – means no meeting room needed.
Function to select location outside office: Employees can add new location and SMS Invitation include Google Map showing new address.
Gate opener – Made for open garage doors. From Contacts management can allow access for new employees, and Gate opener icon will be shown in VIPadm mobile.
From date – Show list of future meetings and invited guests. Passed date - will show history of meetings.
ID Card Employees
Using ID card, employees register in/out and can pass locked doors.
Alternative to scan QR code: Id card has more functions like doing manually registration to Office or work from home office. Do photo and PIN code update.
Indicate number of people still at office.
Notice, ID card works the same for management using VIPadm smart building(VSB)
Book meeting - Event

Physical meeting, Teams/Google Meeting, and/or Guest may choose to participate. Host will be updated with the selection of the guest participation.

As soon as a booking is completed and guests are invited, the host will get an overview and details of each individual guest.
This option is the same in VIPadm smart building (VSB)
Invite guests
Host register: Subject text, Date from/to, Time, Physical meeting, Teams/Google Meeting, and/or Guest may choose to participate.
Host will be updated with the selection of the guest participation.
Self registration guests: All you need is visitors mobile or e-mail to request visitor for self registration.
If guests have visited before - SMS Invitation is sent immediately.
As soon as a booking is completed and guests are invited, the host will get an overview and details of each individual guest.

VIPadm Smart Building (VSB) - an App for Management
Tasks that were previously performed from VIPweb are now available from the VSB mobile app.
The Administration (ADMIN) will have access to the same tasks as in VIPadm mobile.
Administrative tasks:
Maintain employees (CONTACTS), Meeting rooms, Locations...
Start/stop Evacuation, check out Employees and Guests
Group SMS: Sent to: All, All in one Company/Department/Location, Employees/Guests inside.
Show everyone who is at work and is available from home office
IPT: distribution of internal packages and letters
GDPR: Change the number of days guests can be stored. Provides a list of guests who were removed in the last 24 hours.
