Security:

Companies can protect internal security. The employee has to make a registration, and has to select whom to visit at the secured department. The host receive an sms, and must go and meet the person.

Evacuation:

When the emergency alarm is activated, an automatic sms is sent to all visitors and employees in the building, in addition to printed evacuation lists.

Outlook/Lotus Notes book meeting:

Pre register visitors to VIPadm. Simultaniously invitation is sent as sms with company logo, time and location for meeting, map and barcode. The barcode is scanned from the mobile, the visit label is printed and sms sent to host containing name and mobile number of visitor.
