Outlook / Lotus Notes meeting booking:

Guests invited to the meeting via the calendar function in Outlook or Notes are registered in advance VIPadm as a visitor.

SMS invitation sent to participants 24 hours before the meeting starts. Guest register or alternatively by scanning their mobile or to enter their mobile number. Then take a picture of the visitor before the visitor label with photo prints and text message sent to the host.
